　　穿條機的正常操作流程：

The normal operation process of the threading machine:

　　1、將設備的電源線接到車間內380伏的空氣開關上，檢查電路接好

1. Connect the power cord of the equipment to the 380V air switch in the workshop and check that the circuit is properly connected

　　從左邊數，左邊的三根黑色的是380伏火線、左邊第四根黃色的是零線。通電后如果發現“刀盤上升”是反的，那么要將左邊的三根黑線任意交叉換一下。調整好電機的方向。

Counting from the left, the three black wires on the left are 380V live wires, and the fourth yellow wire on the left is the zero wire. If it is found that the "disc rising" is reversed after power on, then the three black wires on the left should be crossed and replaced arbitrarily. Adjust the direction of the motor.

　　2、調整和安裝好兩面的托料平臺。

　　3、先放入一根型材，用手調整該機頭的左右移動手輪，將“導向定位塊”調整到機器出條槽口和鋁型材穿條槽口一致；如需要上下調整則按動“刀盤上升”和“刀盤下降”來調整機頭的高度。

3. First, place a profile and adjust the left and right hand wheels of the machine head by hand. Adjust the "guide positioning block" to match the machine's output groove and the aluminum profile's threading groove; If it is necessary to adjust up and down, press "cutter head up" and "cutter head down" to adjust the height of the machine head.

　　4、再放入上面的兩根開好齒的鋁型材，調整后面托料架子上的“定位板”，頂住鋁型材。

4. Put in the two aluminum profiles with teeth on top, adjust the "positioning plate" on the rear support frame, and support the aluminum profiles.

　　5、用人工將隔熱條順導向槽口送入鋁型材槽口內一點。

　　6、踩下設備上的腳踏開關，齒刀加壓轉動，將隔熱條高速送入鋁型材槽口，穿條完畢后，松開腳踏開關。

6. Step on the foot switch on the device, pressurize and rotate the toothed blade, and high-speed feed the insulation strip into the aluminum profile groove. After threading, release the foot switch.

　　7、重復以上步驟，加工下一根鋁型材。
