1、準備:首先，按走線方向將基材各導混裝好，同時將黏劑按比例調整好，啟動烘箱的加熱系統(tǒng)，當達到相應的設定溫度后，再開啟傳動電機，即可開涂布生產;

2、涂布:放卷裝置的基材先要經過網紋混，上膠涂布后，再經過烘道進行干澡，即完成涂布工藝;3、復合:經EPC氣液糾偏進入復合部分，并與卷部分的基材貼合，就實現(xiàn)了復合工藝;
