1、將開齒穿條機設備的電源線接到車間內380伏的空氣開關上，檢查電路接好從左邊數，左邊的三根黑色的是380伏火線、左邊第四根黃色的是零線。通電后如果發現“刀盤上升”是反的，那么要將左邊的三根黑線任意交叉換一下。調解好電機的方向。

　　4、再放入上面的兩根開好齒的鋁型材，調解后面托料架子上的“定位板”，頂住鋁型材。

　　5、用人工將隔熱條順導向槽口送入鋁型材槽口內一點。

　　6、踩下設備上的腳踏開關，齒刀加壓轉動，將隔熱條高速送入鋁型材槽口，穿條完畢后，松開腳踏開關。

　　7、重復以上步驟，加工下一根鋁型材。
